In the morning, pass by Lake Coeur D’alene and proceed to Montana, namely “Big Sky”. On the way to Montana, you can enjoy the magnificent Rocky Mountain scenery and visit the famous 10000 Silver Dollar Bar. Continued travel to Yellow Stone Park afterwards. Today’s journey starts with exploring the world’s largest geysers’ area - Yellow Stone Park (Fee applied). The park contains more than half of the world’s geysers; you will spot beautiful lakes, running streams and cliffs over the park. Discover the most famous “Old Faithful” geyser; erupting frequently causing water to jet from the geyser 100 feet high above the ground. Moreover, explore The Upper and Lower Falls with the Mammoth Hot Springs where the algae living in the warm pools have tinted the travertine in shades of different colours. We will also visit the Yellowstone Lake where you can find the largest basin on the shore of the lake - West Thumb Geysers Basin. Sheridan - Devil’s Tower - Black Hills National Forest - Mt. Rushmore - Rapid City
Travel to Devil’s Tower (Fee applied). It was the first declared United States National Monument; this eerie 867 feet volcanic outcrop is a true national icon and is hauntingly beautiful. Next, we will pass through the Black Hills National Forest to South Dakota and visit another famous natural attraction, Mt. Rushmore (Fee applied). It features 18 m sculptures of heads of former United States Presidents: George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Theodore Roosevelt and Abraham Lincoln. Accommodation at local hotel.
Rapid City - Corn Palace - Rochester
Leave Rapid City and pass the famous Cowboy Town and Wall Drug Store. Then transfer to the city of Mitchell in South Dakota to visit the Corn Palace. Built in 1892, the murals and designs covering the building are made from corn and other grains. Then proceed to Albert Lea in Minnesota. Accommodation at local hotel.
ochester - Chicago
In the morning, travel to the famous La Crosse in Wisconsin where you can enjoy the spectacular view of the Mississippi river and the 19th century epic buildings along the river. Transfer to Chicago in the afternoon to visit the famous Michigan Avenue. You can take elevator to the observation deck on 94th floor of the John Hancock Tower (Fee applied) and see why a visit here is rated an “ABSOLUTE MUST DO” by tourists and locals alike. Chicago - Detroit - Toronto
We will pass by Indiana and transfer to Michigan in the morning. Also, we will head across Detroit - the city of car industry. Before crossing the border, we will make a brief stop at Duty Free Store where you can make your tax-free purchase on goods such as, tobacco, alcohol or cosmetics, etc. Arrive at Toronto in the evening.
